La formation de Matthew Cohen, THE REASONING, vient d'annoncer son plan de travail pour 2008, avec notamment leur second album à venir :
"Well here we are, the end of 2007 - and what a fantastic year it has been! Im not going to make this a long rambling news letter [this isn't about
news!] - but simply want to thank all of you from thebottom of our hearts for making this year one to remember. When we first got together as a band, we
had no idea how things might develop - for ourselves and for you! From our first steps onto the livestage back in January, through to supporting Marillion
in Bristol this summer and, of course, headlining our own shows around the UK, you have all shown nothing but support and love.For that we will ALWAYS be
grateful. Thank you!
2008 approaches very quickly and with it comes a host of new adventures, which we hope to share with you. "Dark Angel" is now written, and we plan to start
recording following our January tour.The album should be fully recorded by the end of February. I will once again be producing and engineering the project,
whilst mixing duties will be handled by someone very exciting identity to berevealed next year! Suffice to say we are extremely excited about the new
music and its direction. "Dark Angel" is really going to rock your socks off - but we have held tight to the "essence" ofThe Reasoning in terms of vocals
and melody. We have explored our darker side on this CD but in a very positive way. We know youre going to love it!
Finally, we would like to wish you all a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy and successful New Year. We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible on
the road in 2008.Once again, thank you! You mean the world to us :o) Take care and be good.
