"The upcoming Live box set, entitled Live 1972-2007, has a release date: EMI Netherlands has confirmed a September 14 release. The box will contain 10 CDs and 3 DVDs, and at this moment it is still uncertain what the exact contents will be. The Genesis fansites are rife with speculation though and it is generally accepted that the box will contain at least all official live albums: Live, Seconds Out, Three Sides Live, The Way We Walk and Live Over Europe. Any recordings which were omitted from the original album release will be re-instated. Furthermore The Way We Walk will run in the setlist order, rather than the "shorts" and "longs" division of the original albums. These 5 live albums will take up 9 of the 10 CDs and it is widely speculated that the 10th CD will contain bonus material from the shows at Rainbow Theatre, London, 1973 and the Shrine Auditorium Show Los Angeles, 1975.
The 3 DVDs will contain most, but not all of the material in 5.1 surround sound. There is no word yet on visual extras. Unlike the studio box sets, this live box will not contain SACDs."
