25/08/2012 Note : 9.0 Titre : L'arbre sort de terre Ce premier album est le moins considéré et pourtant, il possède un charme et un eclectisme qu'auront rarement les albums suivants (en tout cas les derniers). Déja le tout jeune WILSON - le groupe à lui tout seul - démontre un potentiel créatif epoustoufflant en créant un prog planant axé sur sa voie d'outre tombe, les sons brumeux des claviers, les bidouillages sonores et de nombreuses interventions de la guitare sèche comme très d'union. Cet album pioche même dans de multiples influences : pop dansante délirante (JUPITER ISLAND/LINTON SAMUEL DAWSON) chanson émouvante (NINE CATS) compos atmosphériques anonciateurs des 2 prochains albums (RADIOACTIVE TOY/IT WILL RAIN FOR A MILLION YEARS), section rythmique R&B,voir limite rapeuse (AND THE SWALLOWS...). Non honnêtement cet opus est pour moi l'un des meilleurs, à redécouvrir ! dark vador
